"Left this restaurant in absolute awe and shock after having been threatened, yelled and cursed at by the chef. You would think it 's a joke, but sadly, it 's not. Myself, (girl) my dad, stepmom, two younger siblings aged 9 11 arrived at this restaurant...on saturday 8/1, having booked a table. We end up waiting 1,5 hours for our food to arrive, being offered nothing in return for our wait. It 's obviously busy, the poor waitress is working alone and so we sit quietly and wait. Exactly as someone else wrote in here, they prioritise take away orders, resulting in constantly being put in the back end of the queue. We were having a private discussion at the table about the long waiting time, which a father of a family waiting to be seated overheard and he therefore asks about the wait. We tell him it 's very long and as a result, they end up leaving. The tacos finally arrive, cold and with extremely dry chicken and beef but we are still missing a burrito. We wait another 20 minutes before I have to ask the waitress if it 's on its way, because we are about ready to leave. The chef then brings it out a while later and has to nerve to condemn us for telling the other family that the wait for food is very long and that we apparently are responsible for his loss of customers, making a big scene in the middle of the restaurant. I then take the opportunity to let him know that it is our prerogative to have an opinion and share it when asked. I also let him know that I will be writing a review of this place, as an example of my right as a customer to express my experience. He then starts yelling in our faces that I 'm f threatening him and he 's not scared of me. (Mind you, we are a family with children being screamed at). The burrito is unsurprisingly inedible and at that point we really just want to get the hell out. My dad goes up to the counter to pay, telling the waitress that it 's not okay to be treated like this as customers, as the chef is nowhere near in sight. In that moment the chef storms out of the kitchen and once again starts screaming and yelling, so much so, that my stepmom has to escort the children out of the restaurant and me and my dad are left at the counter, having this sweaty, rabid chef yell all up in our faces, physically threatening us. Screaming f your mother , which is just one example of the many profanities flying out of his mouth. Meanwhile, my dad is paying the full bill and we are just standing in absolute awe of the whole situation. I have never been treated like this by anyone and I am just in disbelief.. I do not under any circumstances recommend this place."
