"4-23-23 Small joint at the corner of 701 and 210. You will blink and miss it. The building itself has little parking, so you may fight this. The building has a porch with chairs. Interior has maybe 7 tables, and the place was busy on the date above. Well decorated. Ah, but the food is why you came. Do come for this. We got an order of chicken enchiladas, a steak taco, and pork huaraches. All a reorder. The tacos are among the best I can remember sampling. Perfect. We thought prices were fair and portioning large. Serves as a store as well, selling Mexican foods and treats. We liked the horchata and would recommend that, too. Note that it is cash only here. We had to go into Garland to find an ATM. So come prepared. Also, note that it seems to get busy. Both the restaurant and store area were hopping. Food took about 15-20 minutes to receive as it is made to order. I thought this was good considering that all tables were full and folks were doing takeaway, too. The number of patrons for such a small place speaks for itself. It is excellent. Those tacos! Kid-friendliness: Saw two families with high chairs. Parking: Gravel/dirt near building. Limited. Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible from the lot"

"This little gem is hidden away in the vast Firewheel Town Shopping Center. The food is worth the search. Brunch items were a hit with our group. Crab Benedict was very good, pancakes were fluffy, bacon plentiful and crisp, chicken and waffles didn’t have a crumb left on the plates. We will be back to try the Tex-Med."

"Stopped by for an early dinner. I ordered the tortilla soup and sour cream chicken nachos. My hubs ordered the cheese enchiladas. They also offered chip and salsa that we enjoyed. Service was pleasant and prompt. I enjoyed the soup and he enjoyed his plate. I wasn?t ?blown away? by the nachos but they were still good. We?ll have to stop back in again and explore the menu. Just wanted to stop in and try it since we?re local!"
