"One of the best and most authentic places to get Mexican food in Lynchburg! It may look unassuming from the street view, but it is definitely worth the trip. I can't tell you how many times I've driven by until I decided to give them a try! I was so glad I did! I ordered the vegetable tacos with rice and beans. The wait was a bit longer than most food trucks, but faster than any sit-down Mexican restaurant around. The tacos were loaded with veggies, and squeezing the limes gave them additional flavor that complemented the other ingredients incredibly well. The serving size was generous; the food was so good I finished it all but definitely left very full! I wish they had enchiladas on the menu, but they made me into a taco fan!"

"Delicious food! salsa, guacamole, cheese dip were very good. I had a chorio gordita al pastor sope, they were very delicious! I asked them if they were miserable. they do not serve it regularly, but they did some for me! wonderful service!"

"Frankly, it used to be aight, but isn't that the story with most restaurants? Start strong, collapse into apathy. Here's a question: Why are the gorditas a grease fest??? There's no good answer there so sit back down, son--try the gorditas at Taqueria for comparison. Also, the torta has a strong flavor of ... Ketchup????? I know, I don't make this stuff up I just order and hope for the best, people. But weird, man, just weird. Tortas vary, yes, but .... The chips are solid, but they are chips and not gratis. This used to be a proper contender in town, but the pandemic and remodel seem to have slain it. RIP, but I'm holding out for a resurrection. Eat wise, my friends."

"Got the bourbon street steak. Was overdone and definitely smaller than a 6oz. I waited 25 min for them to remake it. Never seen it, finally got tired of waiting and just paid the bill and left. Restaurant was dirty food all over the floors, bathroom disgusting. Idk what was taking so long there was only 5 tables full and the manager kept turning people away saying it was over an hour wait. Definitely not impressed. Won't eat here again."
