"I was treated rudely by Maria. She had my order wrong before and when I called her, she told me that next time I could go back and I would get a credit for the article that was wrong. No excuse for inconvenience, but that's okay. When I came back a few days later, I ordered more food and asked for this 5.95 credit and she refused and tried to eat from the last visit instead of the credit. I rejected her and remembered what she offered. She was immediately excited and raised her voice a little and told me I had to have a problem with my understanding. I couldn't believe how disrespectful she was. She finally agreed to give a loan, but still offensive and verbally harassed me. She completely mixed my words and denied her deeds. We've been customers there for four years, so I was shocked by their behavior. I don't think my business is appreciated and her treatment to me was unnecessary. For me, the wise thing would have been for them to apologize for my wrong order and be remarkable that I came back and spent more money, especially if they didn't even have the full $5.95 loan I was due. I think it's best that we don't return because nobody deserves to be treated so by a cranky lady who is out of line."

"This place is awesome. Their chicken is so delicious, smoked on the street captivating Watt Ave. with their aromas, rice and beans, salsa hit home. Ribs fall off the bone and sausage has great flavor with crisp skin. Ive been here over 10 times and it never disappoints. You may wait a bit in the drive thu but its worth it. They are making art back there. Be patient."
