"Service was great. Our waitress was phenomenal!Food was subpar. I ordered the Chicken Bowl and it had a dried ball of ground beef in it. That’s cross contamination! The waitress apologized and informed the cook as well as the manager.The manager nor the cook came to apologize which is totally unacceptable! I paid for our meal yet will never patronize this Chili’s again.If something is not properly prepared an apology should be given but that was not the case. I actually saw the cook come out and give another party their food due to an error on his part. And of course he didn’t even acknowledge our table and he was well aware of his error!"

"I went during lunch and got their red tamales which were okay, I honestly think it was just my mood because it decided to be cloudy and gloomy of all days. The meat in the tamale was great though, my main issue were with their beans, which is mostly just preference because I like mine a little on the chunky side and theirs were a little more on the runny side which is how they make them it was seasoned well though! I honestly would want to come during dinner where I'm not in a rush to get back to work or school. Service though was friendly and great, I would get here early because their inside seating fills up fast and they get busy quick."

"A little wait on Saturday night, but it was good. visit them from phoenix and came here based on reviews and 10-20 price point. parking was busy. good sign. waited about 30 minutes, and observed many regular diners welcomed the staff as they came and went. the personal has some hugs, so there is a real care and loving family vibe here. despite the hurry, they did a good job clearing tables and sitting diners fast. eating came faster than I expected. my pork chili was excellent and so delicate my wife enjoyed her pork chimichanga and sohn ate every bit of his chimichanga. comes back when I have the chance."

"The owner was very rude and verbally abusive to the customers (me included). He raised his voice at me for telling him that I was ready to order. On top of that, the food was flavorless and bland. Also very expensive for subpar food. Paid $20 for a torta and a pineapple water. Definitely not authentic Mexican food. My torta was soggy and a mushy mess. The place itself was dusty and smelly. Would NOT recommend to ANYONE."

"Just arrived from NY looking for the perfect vegan Faire in Tucson and I have found it! The staff are wonderful and the food is out of this world! Went for brunch with my son and we loved it.
