"I am usually satisfied with the service of this Chipotle location, but on the week of August 2, it was very disappointing. There was a female hugging a medium brown and white dog that was allowed to walk inside their establishment. She was allowed to purchase from this fast food business with a dog in her arms.This is unsanitary and against local health codes. I will not be using this business again. In addition, I am allergic to dog hair. I do not need dog hair in my food.I have pictures."

"The shrimp ceviche was awesome, the frozen Paloma was incredible, and my waiter, Jose Louis, was GREAT and perfectly attentive despite it being a busy Friday night. If you like spicy sauces, they have a green hot sauce that was fire even though it didn’t look like it’d be spicy, they also had I think a habenero one that was pretty solid but not as hot as the green."

"Best chinese cuisine in dallas. No discussion. Super attentive and friendly staff, fresh ingredients that allow you to 'taste ' everything you order not just the sauce. If you get the chance, sit by the noodle/dumpling bar it 's pretty neat to watch them make everything from scratch. Delicious meals and a show!"

"Ordered on the app...”Sofritas, Brown Rice, Black Beans, Fajita Veggies, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Guacamole Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa”... everything was accurate except all CHEESE above, under the Guac that I did not want or order or eat. Very frustrating, but I still like Chipotle. This hasn't happened to me today. I'm going to let them be redeemed."

"We were running late for our reservation due to traffic. Beto and Son call us to confirm our reservations, I informed them we were stuck in traffic! They said no problem, we will inform the host you are running late! Wow I never had any other restaurants to contact me, when I had made reservations! This speaks volume! This is what customer satisfaction is all about! Once we arrived are table was ready! The server was ok, I think he was in training, so he will get a pass! I had the Stackable Chicken Enchiladas, TOO DIE FOR!!! Will definitely go back!!!"

"We visited the restaurant for our 7 pm reservation at 6:45 and was turned away and told that they could not seat us and they were not servicing anyone right now. I told them I made our reservation over a month ago and the man was was rude and had an attitude when speaking to me. Never said he was sorry or apologized but said “everyone wants to eat here but you can walk 5 minutes down the street to go eat”. If we wanted to go to whatever that place was we would have made a reservation there but we did not. We should have been called or emailed about our reservation to at least let us know they were going to cancel us so we could make other plans just common courtesy. We will never come back to this restaurant. HORRIBLE customer service and very rude and not apologetic. We will also make sure everyone we know that stays downtown near this restaurant will not go to this establishment."

"One of the healthiest fast food choices you can make. Lines are frustrating, but I guess it speaks to the quality of the product. I typically like the chicken burrito with extra spicy sauce. I do wish they had a drive-thru. Many folks take their food to go and they actually do a really great job of packing your lunch to take to the office."
