"I had penne pasta with a basil pesto sauce and quinoa salad. Both the pasta and are the salad were nice. The pesto could have used some raw garlic and garlic but the meal was a pleasant change of pace and quite nice. The service was both good and friendly. A nice atmosphere."

"Lonely Planet recommends this place but I do not. Food quality was average and it's way overpriced for both quality and service. Has style but chairs and carpets look (and are) dirty. Made reservations on the phone and they didn't inform me that credit cards were not accepted until I got my check. It was after I said I had no cash or way to transfer money that they said they could actually take cc upstairs. Waiter was nice but late for everything as he was just busy upstairs (we presume). Most restaurants in Colombia I've been to exceed my expectations but this was way mediocre for the cost."

"El lugar en si es muy bonito y la decoracion te sorprende al entrar, las meseras fueron muy atentas y nos atendieron muy bien. Las alitas sin embargo nos dejaron bastante que desear, ya que estaban pequeñas, ademas que se equivocaron con la salsa y cuando la cambiaron se volvieron a equivocar. Fuimos al que esta ubicado en el mall zona dos."

"Los platos generosos en cantidad, bien presentados, excelente sazón, productos frescos, muy buena atención. El tiempo para servir los platos de la carta es bastante, se debe ir con tiempo.Espero regresar a probar la paella que se sirve los días viernes."

"I recently spent a week in Laureles, and found myself returning to la Margarita time and again. For one thing, they take US Credit Cards, not necessarily a common thing. Beyond that, the prices were moderate, the service excellent, the food delicious, and the atmosphere/location...exceptional. sitting at the street side tables, there was always a refreshing breeze blowing. Sitting on the main drag in Laureles and only four blocks from the Estadia Metro Station, it's also a great place for people watching. I'd heartily recommend having a very paisa breakfast there- an areppa with cheese, served with eggs and hogao, a delicious and quite spicy salsa, accompanied by their excellent coffee."
