"I have been wanting to try this place for quite some time so I was excited to finally order from here as it seemed like a fairly healthy alternative to most of the fast food restaurants on 620. I chose the Poke Bowl. The first red flag was when I called to place the order and they told me that they were out of rice and that it would be 30 minutes. I said ok. I drove to the restaurant about 25 minutes into the wait and a gentlemen is outside smoking in front of the restaurant at one of the restaurant patio table. At first I thought he was a customer but then he follows me into the restaurant and goes to the back. I was met at the register with a lady that told me it will be another 9 minutes as the rice wasn't done yet after waiting 30 minutes. If you are looking for quick this is not the place. Overall it was okay, but the guy smoking the cigarette in front of the business killed the vibe for me. If you do smoke and prepare other people's food, I don't really want to know that as I do not."

"When we made our reservation, I noted that the restaurant had moved to the second floor, but they failed to mention that it was a temporary location, and I did not expect to sit in a cavernous hallway close to event rooms on a much too-low banquet. Transparency is the key, and they should post a picture of it so diners can make an informed choice. While the service and staff were good and kind, the food was poor to mediocre. There were three of us, and two of us were served cold prime rib and cold mashed potatoes. Not just luke warm but cold. We asked the staff to warm it up, and they kindly brought us new plates. The warm food was still not good. As a local, I have chosen the W many, many times since it first opened, but this experience, especially on Christmas, was enough to keep me from going back, and the $400 for three meals and one glass of wine was a waste because the food was not good."
