"A couple of girlfriends and I were looking forward to catching up and this place was recommended. We made reservations because they were suggested. We arrived at 11:45 - we were the second table - the rest of the place was empty. The menu choices are rather limited - and if you want a simple scramble egg and bacon - forget it - you get the whole platter with beans etc. even though you specifically asked for only eggs and bacon. Two of my friends ordered two eggs - and they each got one. It took a rather long time for the food to come - and we were told sorry - it's busy... Things did fill up after we arrived but still - our orders were put in first... We asked for ketchup and jam - that took another 15 minutes and several reminders. Water was not filled up... The food was tasty even though not what we ordered - but the service was horrible. And one of the wait staff basically gave us the brush off - too bad - we're busy... Not impressed and for sure will not be recommending this place to anyone."

"After a morning in the park we decided to grab a quick meal. It took over half a hour between placing the order at the counter and being served a Burger and Poutine. When we inquired we were told it was almost ready, then it...took an additional minutes. The server was quite nonchalant when we asked why the delay. Overall the food was just OK."

"Nice place with ingenious salads sandwiches and baked goods. I work from this place over the street and have the opportunity to go often. I'm never disappointed. The Barista coffee is really good as the filtered, but I am one to enjoy the strong taste of an expresso. So many great choices all made with a French special touch fresh daily by the owner. If you arrive before noon, you will certainly smell some fabulous cooking and be prepared for the lunch brush. Be patient when you arrive at 12-1:30, this place is packed but worth waiting. It is a family business and Sylvies children will probably serve you behind the counter. Pierrig is always a great smile and a wonderful setting that can not help but also lift your minds on your worst day. The family just added a new grandchild (the new baby of cinnamon) and they are looking forward to sharing a photo and Sylvie just lights up when she speaks it. On Friday they have the most amazing gourmet donuts! When you visit the area stop by and check this place."

"I was very pleasantly surprised with this little restaurant. We went for the Pisco Sours. Our friends tried them and were in agreement as to how good they were compared with others they had tried around town. I had the ceviche which was excellent. The...alpaca burger is actually one of the best burgers I have ever had. My husband tried the octopus which he found scrumptious. Our friends were very happy with their choices, desserts were unique, and we all felt that we were definitely going to return to sample other dishes."
