"Coy Wolf should be the model for a number of restaurants in the Sackville area. A bustling room, a little noisy at times, attentive service by staff who take drinking and dining seriously. There are several jolly signature cocktails to start (they change regularly), and unless you hate fun drinks, you should start with soemthing from that group, and some oysters. The wine list is small but thoughtful and the wait service manages to be friendly and engaged despite the sheer volume of dishes coming out of the kitchen. To clarify: our waiter was not prepared to hang out and talk about the food as much as we would have liked, but he was handling perhaps more orders than he would have liked. (Maybe someone had called in sick...)The dishes change constantly, so even regulars find something new. Of course there is plenty of seafood, all on point, but there is also a wide array of home made charcuterie, smoked stuff, pickled things, jams and infusions from the restaurant's gardens. The energy that goes into the planning of the menu sets Coy Wolf apart from so many other restaurants in the province, where the raw products are good, and the execution is competent, but nothing has changed in months, so visits are quickly forgotten.This is not that kind of kitchen. This is a joyful, memorable event; Coy Wolf is the reason people love restaurants"

"This is a little gem in Sackville NB with the best gluten free bread and muffins I have ever had. Most of the food is also dairy free as well. Wish this place was closer to where I live."
