"Excellent food, rubbish service. Wonderful owner that chats merrily, terrible staff whom I can only assume is his Daughter due to privilege. Was denied a seat on my forth consecutive and final visit despite having a few empty tables at the corner of the restaurant. Essentially asked to leave. A complete 100% change from the extremely friendly owner. An owner whom I had such a great in-depth conversation with that he revealed his favourite restaurant in Singapore (UOB Plaza Sichuan Douhua btw if you are reading). Pity."

"This was a wonderful restaurant for us. We enjoyed it enough to return on a second night. The menu was traditional Swiss food, but it was not a tourist place. The menu was only in English, but everyone was gracious about our limited German. He service was gracious but not overbearing. We tried schweinschnitzel, sausage, a Rosti covered with ham and rachlette cheese and something I can only describe as a hamburger steak with ham, bacon and cheese. Everything we tried was lovely. Reservations might be helpful, although they found a place without any waiting time the night we showed up without any prior arrangements."
