"Decent place for meals. The ambiance is not much to talk about as its a very busy place especially during the meal times. I got myself a veg meal and some fried chicken on the side. I relished most of the dishes on my meal. Although I have had better meals, I would suggest one to try this place if in vicinity."

"So, i visited this place on my last day at Mysore before flying back to Mumbai and the only reason we went here for was to enjoy their Thali. However, to our disappointment, Thali here is not served on weekends I believe. We hence ordered Methi Mutter Malai, Assorted Platter of Naans and Rotis, Refreshing Chaas and Veg Tawa Bhaji. Honestly, more than the food, the quick service and prompt courteous staff is what we adored. Food was also good however it was bit pricy comparing it to other fine dining restaurants in the same area.<br/ <br/ Cost for two: Rs 800/ inclusive of all<br/ #honestreviewsonly"

"Pienso is located in the Oriole Resorts and maybe a little far off from the city. It's tucked away from the heart of the city and has a very calm and peaceful atmosphere. It's a nice little place.The restaurant is pure vegetarian and offers various choice of cuisines and mocktails. <br>
Coming to the food, on one occasion, for dinner, i tried the Mixed Vegetable Sizzler and the Pulao. Both were really good. I loved the sizzler and the fries were one of the best that I've had. The pulao was accompanied with the raita and tasted delicious too. On another visit, I had the breakfast and it was good too. I tried the Idly and vada, Masala dosa,Puri and bhaaji and the aloo paratha. The paratha and aloo, bhaaji were my favourite though! :) I strongly recommend this place."

"For foodies who are familiar with the food scene of Mysore, Hanumanthu mess and its mutton Biryani is a very familiar name. It is one of the oldest and popular eateries of the city. Their biryani, which is kind of pulav with traditional raita and curry and served on leaves is liked by the tourists and locals alike.I found the biryani pretty average though. The mutton pieces were tender and I also took some mutton liver as a side dish!!"
