"It hurts my heart to give this restaurant a bad grade. They're really nice people, who apparently make quite a good noodle box(when looking at the reviews). However they're called Yong RAMEN and that's what I ate and that's what my review is about. 1st: The broth. It is a very good fresh mild broth that fit's with every topping can choose. It's just a basic vegtable broth with probably a bit of chicken. Too light for a ramen broth and way to mellow. 2nd: The toppings. I picked beef topping and it was just some chopped down beef. I'd have preferred slices, but the meat was fresh. 3rd: Oil. Tasted no special oil in it, probably just fat from the soup. 4rth: The noodles. These are an absolute joke. They are basically normal italian Tagliatelle, not even self made. Absolutely disgusting in an ramen and has nothing to do with it. 5th: Tare. Not in there as far as I could tell. All in all it's a bad imitation of what a ramen should be. Could fool some people who have never been to japan, but for those who already ate some quite good ramen and make some good ramen themselves this restaurant will be an absolute disapointment."
