"A geek manga atmosphere that I love, I look forward to seeing how they will develop their concept. On the kitchen side, I also love the manga universe they inspire. "I’ve tasted the “Poke Bar” part that proposed pork or salmon noodles this day (which can’t be called ramen for purists but can be described as “revisited” ramen. We enjoyed the flavours of the broth obviously more fine (with badiane than a classic broth on miso basis. Maybe I would have preferred an egg style tomago. But ratio quality good price. I’m waiting to stay next to Omakase restaurant..."
