"Unfortunately like the others, our single bubble tea lasted incredibly long... a little over 30 minutes. People behind us got their first, including the delivery driver, a big family, cool kids with subarus, and a moving parents. We tried to cancel the order, but we said there were no refunds on credit cards... which is not true. When we finally got the drink, it was the wrong one. It looks like the manager has a bad reputation, and the other bad reviews are true. So much potential for this place, but it is the biggest obstacle"

"My wife loves boba tea. The boba tea was one of the best hands down that we have had! We recommend it to everyone if youre in the area. We will go back for the tea. The only reason we didn’t give it a 5 star was because we ordered food as well, unfortunately they brought it out to another table, that table then brought the food up to the counter because it wasn’t their order, they then brought it over to us because it was ours. Too many hands on the plate and touching. Initially they did not want to give us a new plate, but I think they finally understood why the right thing to do was to give us a new plate."

"This is the second time you come to this restaurant. Tonight I thought it was just okay. Ambiente: It is good for what it is. I was definitely in small business with a cohesive look at the interior, but it was clean. Nothing to complain, but certainly not aroused by anything. It was a little warm and I came to my husband several times. When I got up and we went back to the front of the restaurant I noticed a difference in temperature and it was much cooler. I don't know what this was about. The bathroom was clean, although the paper towel dispenser didn't work for me, no matter how hard I tried to work it. Service: Staff was friendly and our server came to our table in a reasonable time. Drinks and appetizers came out in time. But when the night went ahead, our server becomes more tight and we noticed that other servers come to our table more than it. We had to ask to order our ducks as he seemed to forget us? We had to ask for our refills on drinks. Other employees helped clean our table and bring us togo boxes that were helpful, but we didn't know where our server went. We tried to press the call button on our table, but nothing happened. At the end of our meal we had to ask someone to take our bill. Overall, our server started great, but in the end shattered. But his employees helped to get this black guy who was good to me. Food: The boneless Korean wings were good. But I wasn't so excited about my duck. I have a pig Bibimbap and my mother-in-law has a chicken. You were hot stone while my trunk was. I had two Korean rice dishes from two different restaurants in the last few weeks and every time, the pig was well seasoned and had a smokey grill taste. Tonight the pig had absolutely no season. It's like they cut it and cooked it and put it on the plate. I promise not even salt was used. Actually, the whole dish tasted very fresh. If you? My mother-in-law also expressed that she did not enjoy her gut this time. It definitely looked better than it tasted. On the other hand, my men ramen dish was delicious and I loved how creamy it was. It wasn't your typical soup style ramen that was different but pleasant. I started taking his sauce and it on my rice for the taste, only then was my food edible. Overall, I wish I could give a 3.5 star rating. The experience was okay. Not great(5 star) Not good(4 star) but just okay or maybe a little better than okay, which is why I gave the 3 star. Would I recommend? Yes for certain dishes like the Korean wings and rams. Certain things on the menu that I don't care for, so easy on what you order. I will upload photos, but the pictures definitely look better than they taste."

"Service was great, attentive and knowledgeable. Food was very good, but chicken wings were pricey for what they were (fried chicken wings 6=$14). Delicious Mai Tai though. Check it out if you haven’t been."
