"This restaurant has a nice outdoor terrace, and is open on Sunday, which made us choose the place for a nice Sunday summer evening dinner. To make it short: The food is really good, but also not cheap. The main problem however: the service is a disaster, even for Geneva standards.It took forever until someone came to took our order. The white wine was too warm. We asked for spicy oil for our pizza, but even that took them ten minutes. The Spritz took a record 15 minutes, although he assured us twice in between that it's coming. The Limoncello never came - only when it was time for the bill he remembered that he never brought it. And then brought me one, together with the bill, another 15 minutes later - for a steep 8CHF instead of a free "sorry".The salad was fresh, the pizza was really good. But the disastrous service just makes it not enjoyable, if you constantly have to waive and shout and everything takes forever. And we were not alone. Other people had their hands up constantly and eventually had to get up and go inside to get their fork/oil/drink order/... I seriously don't know what is their problem. There are three people constantly running around, but it seems not possible that they have a look around to check if everything is OK or if anyone has their hands up. Or to bring some plates in from table A when you brought food to table B. Or to every now and then ask if you want something else. And and and. Maybe it is just my personal taste, but the chairs are not good restaurant chairs. They make you sit backwards like in a sidewalk cafe for people watching, but when you want to eat at a table they are just uncomfortable.All in all: Good food, nice terrace, but the service makes it not enjoyable."
