"Fairly large noodle shop. Their signature dish is the spicy miso noodles, made not with ramen but with thicker cut noodles. The miso broth is thick. Instead of one big piece of char siu you get a dollop of thinly sliced pork. It's tasty and serves are large. More upmarket than your average noodle shop, a nice touch is the chilled water served with an ice ball."

"Tsukemen紅葉oodles of Kokubunji "Tsukemen autumn leaves" Today I asked "Kyoyu Tsukemen Nakamori". There are only 10 seats in the restaurant. I think there was a table before. This time, I ordered a change oodle. The oodles are rant, and it was excellent to eat! It is said that the soup is thick, but I would like to ask for the soup stock! I also ordered the soup stock in the middle and tasted. I didn’t drink it, but I was full of drinks (from the health side)! I was a good shop when I was a student, so it was a bit delicious with a nostalgic moment!"

"Nomihodai (drink all you can) selection was good and the food tasted really good as well, but the portions do not justify the price. We individually paid 3,780 yen and we shared all the dishes they served among 3-4 people but their servings are actually just big enough for 2. I’m not even talking about Western portions; in the US what they served would be good for one). We’re Asians and can be satisfied with small portions but 2 slices of lamb and a coffee saucer’s worth of pasta?!?! It’s a shame I didn’t get to take photos. The menu was great though. We also had salad, potato wedges, and a few other stuff but we all left hungry and went to eat a huge bowl of ramen for 750 yen."

"I prefer the second shop which specializes in chicken ramen but this is quite good as well. It's a pork and Niboshi broth with an emphasis on pork back fat so it'll he quite oily"

"Excellent ramen. was recommended by the type in the vintage clothing business on the road. not disappointed. had the chicken and seafood broth with yuzu. exceptional. Nice to see the boys running here. saved on my Tokyo list."

"I've wanted to visit Chef Takeshi's restaurant for ages! As I saw his food, after connecting on Facebook via mutual friends. I finally got to go on a trip to Japan and was able to visit Takeshi and his fantastic food! I opted for Omakase(Chef's choice , as there was so much to try! The Maryland chicken he made was so delicious! Moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. But not only that very flavoursome and if I wasn't on a mission to try and eat my way through his entire menu. The beer was served in an ice cold pitcher and was amazing! Japanese beer tastes much better in Japan. Next was Gyoza, "
