"My wife and I had our wedding anniversary lunch here. I left a review when we visited in January when it was under different ownership. The food then was excellent. Under the new owners I honestly believe it's even better. We decided to...have the menu de jour which consisted of a a Rillette of Sardine for a starter followed by Skate Wing in Citrus Buerre Blanc with a rasher of bacon and mashed potato with pine nuts. Dessert was pear poached in spiced red wine. The food was perfectly cooked and nicely presented. The staff are friendly and efficient and the surroundings very pleasant with a nice atmosphere. I would highly recommend this restaurant."
