"酒を飲んでいればこその別格のらーめんと言える。つまり、ただ食事としてのらーめんよりは、シメの一杯にはもってこいなスペシャルな一杯と言う事です。 しょっぱい訳では無いけど、とんこつも丁寧に臭みが出ないように煮出してあり、スープも最後まで飲めます。と言うか、最後の一滴まで飲み干したい味してます。 先ほど酒の後が良いと言ったのは、麺が他より少量なので、替え玉か、もしくは最初から大盛りを頼んだ方が良いと思えたからです。 でも屋台風な訳ですから、店の雰囲気もあり、大通りで酒飲んだ後にこの場所覚えてしまったら、最後のシメに、ここに寄る回数増えそうです。"

"テレビの取材をみて10月22日㈯に2人で食べに行きました。 ごますりラーメンが不動の1位と聞き 頼みました。麺も味噌も 自分好みだし、チャーシューも 柔らかく美味しかったです。 一緒に行った相手は、麻婆ラーメンを頼み、ピリ辛で具もたくさん はいり美味しかったです。 おばちゃんが『今日はゆでタマゴサービスだよ』と言って 私たちのテーブルに2つと、となりのテーブルにいた家族3人に 3つおいていきました。 たまごのからをとりながら 日付をみたら9月13日のゆでタマゴでした。写真もとりました。 今日は10月22日なのにそんな古いゆでたまごをお客さんに出すなんてびっくりして 一気にテンションがさがりました。腹痛で、下痢でもしたら どうなるんでしょう・・ となりにいた旦那さんもたまごの 日付に気付き食べなかったようでした。 飲食店は、お客様に期限の すぎたものは出さないでほしいと おもいました。"

"2022/01/23 first visited in a few years. a Rammen shop that has been open for many years and can be familiar to many people who live and work around the bus center. the chicken level hot water soup that the load manager prepares every day by hand, still has the umami of the huh. the noodles are medium-heavy full grains and have a good aroma and have a good balance between texture and simple eating. homemade char siu is ripe. the surface is roasted and fragrant. Of course, the best recommended is the usual chicken-level hot water rays, but today I want to get crazy! for those who want to get rid of it is rich miso simple hot water rays available, and for those who want to end it easily light soy sauce rays is available. (the photo is rich nebel) as the number of seats is not large, it can be overfilled, but the rate of conversion is not bad. "まだ２回目の入店ですが、いつも昼時には混んでいる事が多く人気店の一つだと思っています。 ネギを使用したラーメンメニューが人気と伺いましたが、最近では白髪ネギの調達が大変難しいとの事で店内には違うネギで代用されていると言うことで苦労されているようです。 ネギが代わって残念！と言う声もあるようですがスープは今まで通りなので間違いありませんね ネギミソ系が人気との事なので次回はチャレンジ必須です。"
