"The ice of the hiking cream is not a beautiful cream. the texture is so creamy and smooth they no longer compare it with non vegan ices. Many vegan I have cream taste more like ice cream than I, but not here. "The chicken katsu and steak looked and tasted like it was made earlier in the day or even the day before. Of course it was still good but as a customer we expect the items to be fresh especially when paying the additional fees to get them delivered etc... The musibi was excellent as expected."

"The service was great and their teas were even better. The food was pretty good as well. Overall the vibe was quaint and comfortable. Definitely a nice place to study or just hang out. It's been a recurring place for me to go before or after work for a while now."

"Next to my office, very convenient if I want to have a quick lunch for work. Food: I ordered the teriyaki chicken plate. The chicken is tender and full of teriyaki flavor. The stir fried noodle is great. I also chose the spicy mixed veg for the side, which I personally don't like as it's a lot of onion. I heard the broccoli would be a good choice. Price:For what I paid for, $9.95 before tax, it's worthy the value for sure. Service: +1The lady at the cashier is super nice and efficient! I would love to come back because of her~ They have indoor seatings, small but clean. The parking is in the rear.Overall, I enjoyed the food for what I paid for, service is super good. Will come back again."

"This is not the same quality as Kopan Ramen of different locations. This franchise has never recovered since COVID and I believe it’s shutting down soon.We arrived during dinner time after the Pride event at Pasadena City hall and after the matinee performance of the Pasadena Civic concert of Bernadette Peters. This location has shut down its sushi bar and only had 2 employees working. A super Swiss Army knife waitress hostess busser and one cook dishwasher mopper prepper. It gets worse from here.They could only provide only a fraction of their menu due to staffing and supplies. I ordered the Ramen pork, but it tasted old and over cooked, excessively salted.Some of the Pride attendees came in looking to just have Japanese beer, but they didn’t have any in stock, so they ordered a corona instead.I feel bad for the leftover staff and I left a large tip, but it was clear this place is shutting down soon so please avoid it."
