"Decent ramen place. Not really the greatest ramen. I got the egg noodles which is supposedly the springier type. It felt more like the type you get in the packaged noodles. The pork in the tonkotsu didn't have much flavor/salt. At least eggs were marinated in soya sauce. The edamame was way too salty.. it was oversalted.Overall it was okay. Definitely not the best I've been to but if you need a quick fix of ramen this will do just fine."

"LOVE the sweet sautéed garlic chicken! It was soooo crunchy and great flavor. Korean Fried Chickens are the best. The yang yum was ok, and the bulgogi was also decent!"

"It?s a nice little spot. The host and waitress that attended us did a great job! Hospitality 5/5 stars! I ordered the Creamy Miso (Spicy) and it was okay. The dish was a bit bland in my opinion. The Ice Berry drink which is a blend of Cranberry, mixedberries, and ice was the highlight of the meal. I would recommend this spot if you?re in the area and wanted a quick bowl ofRamen."

"Quick counter service with good poke bowls. The fish is fresh, which was unexpected for Dallas (personally, when I think about poke, sushi or fish, I think of coastal locations). One can make their own bowl, but the B40 Island Bowl is an all in one option that is really good. Lots of flavor in every bite. Dinner was quiet, but it was a Monday night during football season and no TVs, so not sure if it's uncommon or lunch is a busier service but food was good.."

"Used to work in Vegas with a bunch of other people from Hawai’i and Monta was where we got our ramen fix. It’s the closest thing to places back home, and in Japan. They are one of the few traditional Japanese ramen spots in Dallas that cook down pork bones and make everything from scratch. Super stoked to have Monta here! They also have a relationship to Izakaya Mr. Max, and supposedly they are going to expand to an izakaya menu!Also add their fried rice and fried chicken to your ramen as a combo! Such a great value and super worth it!"
