"Halloween Day (3:00pm), store was not prepared for the promo on Jack O Lantern.Pizzas. Employees were confused on what to make, call in order receipts scattered on the table, some without names and or phone numbers. I counted 10 people in line that had called in and paid for orders that were not made. My order was for a XL pepperoni and 2 monkey breads (1 garlic/1 cinnamon). I was told they were out of garlic, they would give me another cinnamon and a large pizza or I can wait in another line for what I ordered 90 minutes prior, REALLY! I understand labor is a problem, but training seemed to have fallen short and order processing was nonexistent."

"We were Sat in the bar area. Our waitress was new, but she got everyone's orders wrong in the whole room. My food was wrong all around, I was never given silverware, another table gave me hers since she didn't have her food yet, even though she ordered before me. When my husband asked for a knife he was told no by the waitress. I never got a refill on my drink, overall the service was awful, even though it was her first night. She did have a helper sort of, she should have stepped in to help but didn't even though she saw the issues. The food was horrible. This was our first and last time going. The only nice thing was the group of people in the same room, we were able to talk and joke about the situation."

"The staff here is excellent! We went on a Monday night with a 2 1/2 year old and a 9 month old. It was busy but didn 't feel hectic there was a huge group of old folks there for a party or something and it still didn 't feel packed. Our server noticed the kiddos and made sure to mention that ice cream was complimentary (awesome!!!! . Also, love all the 'all you can eat ' dishes. So helpful with kiddos we never had to wait and the manager even went around to the tables and made sure to ask if everything was going well.. quality service and food. Only issue we had was tipping they only take CASH tips. You can pull money out at no fee from the cashier so it worked out okay."
