"We ordered here a couple of days ago. Our first time there in quite a while.I was not impressed.The place has gone WAY down hill. With the Enchiladas, there used to be scoops of refries and scoops of rice now only one small one...each. There's a sign there that says "due to the price of beef, there will be an extra charge for anything with beef The VERY SMALL amount of shredded beef on one of my enchiladas was so tough, I couldn't chew it. The shredded pork on the other one was almost non-existent. There was no heat to the HOT SAUCE either. We will never go back."

"First time dinning here and it was different from what I was used to. Glad we decided to stop in and try it. The food was served with a smile and everything was great. There are a few other things on the menu I plan to try the next time. If you have not had the Scotch Egg, do yourself a favor and order it."

"The beef and cheddar sandwich and the roast beef sandwich are the same as before, very good. The deluxe baked potato was also tasty. If I was allowed one little comment, it would be that the beef was barely warm. I like my food hot,...but this sandwich was still very good."

"READ YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE PAYING. A friend and I went out to eat here on March 27th, 2017 because we were in the area and food selection was better to us) than the west side location. We both had the burger special $5 with a side toppings) and a Coke. We also decided to split the pretzel appetizer as it came with 2. Our order without tip shouldn't have come out to more than roughly $15 per person without tip. We go to pay and she skims the bill just to make sure that the pretzel was split between us, and I didn't think to read it my own mistake I know), as I had never been screwed over at the other location and figured this was the same. My bill came out to $16.89 instead of the approximately $14.96 it should have been. There's a whole $1.92 that was added on out of seemingly nowhere and while it's not that much money, I'm still very upset that I had to pay more than what my bill was even worth. I don't know if the charge came from the fact that their pop is in glass bottles and therefore costs more at most places where you'd buy it regularly), or if the waitress tipped herself and then expected a 2nd tip on the debit machine, or if she just doesn't understand how math works; but I'm not a very pleased customer and am very disappointed in this establishment. Our waitress was also a little rude the entire night, gave us sparkling water instead of normal iced water, and took a long time to come back around to our table, and it wasn't that busy. The only nice qualities about that experience were the great atmosphere and the quality of the food, as it was quite delicious. Overall this experience has tarnished my view of this establishment as a whole, though I may go again in the future to give this location a chance to redeem itself. Bottom line though: READ YOUR BILL. Your waitstaff may be overcharging you. My friend and I both will remember this next time."

"Great ambiance and very welcoming patio. The road noise mostly acts like white noise in the back ground so it’s not too distracting. The service was just okay, I’d still go back and recommend it to a friend."

"The last time I come here! 45 min to wait for food, everything is an additional fee, no changes need for nutrition. Lukewarm coffee and bad value. Even 2 for 1 appies are treated as if they would do them a favor! rude comments from the...kitchen staff! it seems hard to keep personal; always change. no longer fun to come here. I'm done."

"We were in backstreet pub pizza last night for dinner. backstreet pub pizza is located on laval blvd west, lethbridge, which is 10 minutes drive from our house. it is a medium size pub. the people can eat, tw watch and play pools at this place, which is very cool. we came to pub at 18:30. it wasn't busy because it was a weekday!? the pub looks very good. you can see the different hockey team shirts on the wall for decoration. I guess this place will be really busy during the hockey season. we found a seat fast and waited for our server to come. wait after 1 or 2 minutes, our server came to us. she was kind and nice. we first ordered a few drinks and they came very fast. then we ordered two backstreet supreme sandwich (mixed jalapeno ranch marina saucera, speck, feta, jalapenos, mozza) with various toppings and salads for dinner. backstreet supreme sandwich has the same ingredients as the pizza. They folded straight pizza into the sandwich, which is a great idea and design for the sandwich. great job! besides the regular sauces on the sandwich, people can also add three different toppings from the lists (anchovies, back-bacon, black olives, cheddar, huh, feta cheese, fresh tomaten, green tweezers, green paprika, ground bark, ham, hot paprika, Italian wurstana, jalapenos, jalapenos mine was different from him and I had echdar, ground beef and pineapple. the food came fast. the sandwich is very fresh and well cooked. they were very tasty and great. we love them. I couldn't finish all sandwiches alone. we have green salad and caser salad each. the sweet is fresh and the salad dress is also great. the prices of eating are about $13.00 per sandwich, which is not expensive. we have a great experience at backstreet pub pizza."
