"UPDATE: The manager called and apologized for their mistake. They remade the whole order again free of charge. Thank you. Review changed from one star. Apparently when you order 1lb of something, this location feels that 4-6 ounces should be enough. We paid for a pound of each and half the family ended up with nothing because of this. I sent an email and they do not respond. I will have to start using the location in Sun Valley moving forward. The week prior to this I placed the same order and received a large bag of chips and salsa with it. When I picked it up this time I was told those are not included and that the manager made a mistake last time."

"Unless you sit at the bar here you're not going to get prompt service or your order correct. I probably wouldn't recommend eating here just based on the high price of wings for what you get and the chicken sandwich was a bit of a joke because it was so small it could have been two chicken nuggets beside each other, and I guess Nashville hot means to very small reaper peppers. The bartender is extremely nice and very attentive though. I think if this place with staffed a little bit better food could get out of the kitchen quicker."

"Located on a corner downtown. Parking available on the street or a lot across from the entrance. All the staff was welcoming. Our waitress was attentive and polite. Chopped beef sandwich was tasty. Regular BBQ sauce and Honey Mustard BBQ sauce were both great. Potato salad and Mac and cheese tasted very good. Atmosphere was clean and open. Bar area has multiple televisions with sports. Full bar and a few draft beers (mostly big brand). We enjoyed our lunch here."

"Hayley, the physco, over dramatic manager was very rude. She screamed at me when I tried to open the bathroom to pee. Clearly someone is in here. I said I didn 't know. she consistently kept yelling how could you not know if you tried to unlock the door and you couldn 't get in. Cleary there 's more than one bathroom . I told her she didn 't have to be rude and she was acting like a bitch. She went out screaming infront of customers and other employees she just called me a bitch first off I said acting nobody even heard me every say anything bc I was screaming or even talking loud , but you most defiantly could hear her!!!!she needs her job taken you don 't talk like that infront of customers or even to customers like that. I was very embarrassed. She should be even more embarrassed acting like that. I asked to talk to her hiring manager as one of the woman was going to call or even let me have his number, she called the cops on me! She was very hostile, rude, unprofessional, and needs her job taken!!!That 's not okay!"
