"Waited forever in a short drive through line. Had to leave without food after it took almost an hour to get from the order screen to the pick-up window. JITB in Salem has really gone downhill since covid."

"I pulled up to drive thru and patiently waited my turn to order a sourdough jack meal no pickle Xlarge curly fries choc shake for my friend and I would like a junior bacon jack, 3 stuffed jalapenos for me with ranch and a choc shake as well. The order taker was female and told me , no shakes the machines clean. Ok, 2 Xtra large hi c punch drinks instead. She kept interrupting me, seemed annoyed with me and must have said is that all? A hundred times before she said you can pull forward now I could definitely tell they wanted to close.I finally said I guess so, sorry. Then the back door opened and an employee came out and put a sign on the ground behind my car. I 'm assuming it said closed because 2 more cars pulled up and the one immediately behind me went and knocked on that back door and said ' they are missing a lot of orders if they close early and I smiled thinking the employees probably had a party to get to as rude as she had been. I looked at my phone and it was 11:42pm and it was starting to rain. When my turn at the window came up, I handed her my card and she walked off and didn 't tell me my total or anything, she wasn 't missing a beat about loudly talking with someone I will assume was the cook about somebody named Amanda and how she had told the order taker that she should have been prepared and that people couldn 't just walk in the back door and walk around in the kitchen and how she was supposed to have stopped that person and it better not happen again and she said how am I supposed to stop hungry people from coming in here and she looked at me, I asked for my receipt then she handed me my drinks then our food. I asked if there was ranch in the bag for the fries and stuffed jalapenos and she said yes and here 's two straws for those drinks too. I said thank you and have a good night. And drove home . When I was getting out of car and picked up the bag I thought oh no this is way too small of a bag to hold 2 burgers, curly fries, jalapenos and ranch. My friend immediately looked up the number to your store and we all tried to call the store because we were missing the curly fries and 2 poppers and I knew I was too tired and hungry to drive all the way back into to town just to meet a locked door and closed restaurant. And no receipt plus this was the third time we have tried to get jacks shakes here and the machine is always down, even in 100° degree weather. Thanks for a lousy late dinner"

"We had luck finding this jewel of a place that went through salem at a waking adventure. we got the frey roulette. so funny. all sauces and the variety of the frits was great. my better half loved his beer and the service was great. we would definitely recommend and go back!"

"Love Venti's! I like both locations, but this one is newer, bigger and has more expanded vegan menu. Me and my friend have had everything off the vegan menu, including 2 different burgers, apps, tot dishes, nachos and other things. We've really enjoyed most all of them. Flavors are excellent and it's a great take on Salem bar food I ate 20 years ago but now in a cleaner, veganized version. They have a great tap list and a rotating kombucha. Service is always friendly and helpful. Trivia nights occasionally liven it up and they have a decent happpy hour!"

"The floor was sticking. The service was very average, and distracting. She continue to play things on her phone and switch it up there was no music in the actual service area. My career was good I had the green Curry. Pop stickers were average. Overcooked.Food: 3/5"

"Phenomenal menu of healthy and delicious brunch fare with many daily specials and friendly staff. They had plenty of outdoor seating and heat lamps. And it’s a phenomenal spot to people watch if you sit outside. Would definitely recommend and visit again!"

"This is an awesome place to get a quick bite to eat and be confident you are eating good wholesome food. They have a nice salad bar, includes hot entree options, great homemade soup, and a variety of other options. I travel extensively and prefer this type of eatery as it's quick, healthy, and I get to brows the isles afterwards for natural goodies!"
