"Via Organica no longer has a restaurant in San Miguel’s el Centro area. The grocery store is still there but they have moved the restaurant facility to the outskirts, about minutes away. For Thanksgiving, they offered a trip to the new restaurant with van...transport. Here are my impressions: Pros. The ranch is rustic/elegant in a beautiful in a scenic countryside setting. Band was an unexpected treat. COns: Food was generally quite good, except we had to wait forever and it came cold. Matron said it was left near an open door but I think they just forgot about us. Transport van was shabby with torn seats and no AC on a hot day. This was especially trying when we were loaded into the van, the doors were closed, and we had to wait about minutes before they took off. I get the impression the staff is not used to dealing with large groups (there were about of us at this particular sitting). If they get their act together the new restaurant may be worth a visit."

"It was a dark rainy night and we were the only people there. Our own private restaurant. Needless to say service was excellent and very prompt. The food was good, but some had sold out. They have some very good Mexican wines as well. Vale...la Pena."

"I eat here regularly. Every dish is top-notch, the staff is warm and friendly, and Dila himself is always around, open, engaging, providing great attention to detail. He really cares about the entire customer experience. It 's very hard to find authentic tasting Asian food outside...of the region, in part because the full range of spices is broad and not always easily accessible, the blending of them a complex art that requires a sophisticated understanding (and lots of experience to get it right . I 've spent a lot of time in Asia and I miss the food when I 'm away; Dila 's provides that genuine taste of home right here in San Miguel :"
