"This would be a four star if I didn 't have a weird and unfortunate experience here. It would have been a one star review if I would have posted right away. I called but no answer. So I went in. The general manager said the phone lines were down to fix the credit card system. I showed him the online coupon that I received through text message from the Round Table website with this local RT info on the bottom. GM attempted to put in the code and then said he could not use the coupon. He asked where I got the coupon. I told him from the RT website. He tried again. Instead of saying, that 's weird, let me help you get the deal he says I will do this one time but not again as if it 's my issue. I said you 're not doing me a favor here; I 'm a customer. He says, oh, I AM doing you a favor! rudely. And then for the kicker, he says, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, I 'm the GM! Worst, weirdest, twisted experience. To be fair, he did give me a better deal after all. He gave me a discount greater than the coupon but I felt that the coupon not working was my problem. Had he done this with grace, it would have made them shine. Instead, it was like buffing out a dent in the car instead of fixing the dent in the first place. I called the hotline and gave my experience. There was only a verbal apology. My guess is that the original Round Table founders would have handled this better. I hope they improve their treatment of guests and that they do this without pride and power play."
