"I had a horrible experience here back in May of 2023. I came in town to celebrate Mother’s Day with my mother and placed a to go order here. I came to pick up the food and the cashier checked the bag in front of make sure it was my order. When I got home, my order was missing several items that I ordered paid for. I called but the phone was off the hook the entire day. The next day manager Jackie said all she could do was give me 10% off my next order. I was back in town today and was craving wings so I placed another order. I met with Tiffany and explained my last visit at the restaurant. She was very apologetic and comped my entire order. Thank you Tiffany for your compassion and consideration. I will definitely be returning back to this Resturant whenever I’m back in town."

"I have to say the staff is super friendly. The food is phenomenal, my favorite is the buffalo chicken. The smoothies are hands down some of the best smoothies in the area I’ve tried. 10/10 would recommend."

"We got garlic parmesan, Cajun rub, and orange flavored wings. All were good. The garlic breaded cheese side was yummy. And garlic herb noodles were very good. Our daughter loved the orange wings. The only downside was I felt the fries were too salty."

"I use to love this place and over the last few years thefood started to decline. The wings for the most part are consistently good but the Philly cheesesteak is really basic now. The price has went up which is normal but now the meat barely covers the bun. I like my steak sandwiches to have more than enough meat. In New York the cheesesteak is 70% meat toppings with 30% bread. This sandwich was 60% bread and 40% meat. Overall need to make the food match the price in value"

"We ordered take out and tried the chicken, bacon, ranch pizza, plus the pepperoni rolls and an order of cookies. Everything was delicious, the cookies are the best chocolate chip cookies I've found so far in Jacksonville! They're soft, warm, lots of chocolate, taste like they're handmade and so, so yummy!"

"While I didn’t get a chance to capture a photo of my food, I can tell you this place is awesome! I am a self proclaimed foodie, that loves to stumble upon hidden treasures such as this. I ordered the French toast breakfast which came with French toast, eggs and meat for $6. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Netta as she was working the front counter when I visited and she is a delight . Ms Netta, if you read this, I want you to know that your establishment is a gem. This food is so good! I mean like big mama was back there in the kitchen making magic in those pots. But the most surprising thing is the price….super affordable! If you are in a 60 mile radius of this place, go there now. I promise you won’t be disappointed."
