"I wish I could give 10-stars! The appetizer the bloomin onion was perfect and crispy. Our rib eyes, ribs and shrimp were amazing! Everything else fabulous! Our server was really great w/good support staff. They really out did themselves! We told the managers too! We have been going here for years.We have to drive 45 to an hour and half to get here and it worth it!"

"They know how to cook a steak! That’s all there is to it. My wife and I both like our steaks medium-well. Most places don’t get it right. Texas Roadhouse in Fort Collins always gets it right, melt in your mouth good. I also had the shrimp with my dinner and we started with a perfectly prepared Cactus Blossom. Delicious!…And great service too. Thank you Nicol."
