"We waited 10 minutes with no service. We walked to the main bar and asked for service. We ordered drinks andamons. Another 10 minutes and drinks arrive. 55 minutes from our initial time of entering the premises, we got up and left. On the way out, we explained the issue only to be given a bill for drinks. No apology or a time on when mains would arrive. We left and booked another restaurant. The restaurant was not even busy. Perhaps 20% capacity. Non-existent service. Dreadful."
