"The food was ok, but the service was so terrible that I had to say something. I never wrote any review before, but they were so awful that I had to. I was excited to come back to Chicago after leaving years ago. But this place ruined my night. The “food bringer” was a disappointing (I don’t say waiter because he literally did nothing but moved one object to another). The food bringer was abysmally slow. They were about to close before I got an entree that I ordered a long time ago. I just wanted to leave and told the food bringer, then they hurried the super late entree which then a random food bringer served in silence with no acknowledgement of how slow and terrible the service was. Then original food bringer comes with the check as the awfully late food arrived. Aaand no acknowledgment of how awful he was. Maybe because everyone is taught that they’re just great there. I guess this is fine if the food and prices offset the clueless service. Sorta like when you go to a great hole in the wall restaurant that you love isn’t so attentive but whatever it’s a good price and excellent food. But they hold themselves out to be more so yeah…terrible."
