"This is an excellent ice rink. They have excellent service and they loved their work. We liked that they don't-dairy options available. We have a berry and basil ice cream with a honey drop and it was delicious. We will return and recommend to everyone."

"I had heard lots of great things about the dining room at the culinary institute and had never been despite living in Charlottetown for a long time. Despite the « hype » it still managed to exceed my expectations.We got a lovely seat next to the windows overlooking the water and Victoria park.The menu was the perfect size, enough to provide variety without being unintentional.The service was excellent from start to finish. You can tell the culinary institute also teaches students about the broader service experience in a restaurant beyond the food itself.We enjoyed a mixed charcuterie board to start, and a mushroom risotto and pork escalope for mains. Everything was delicious.I definitely recommend it for a nice meal out. It rivals the other higher-end dining experiences in town (Red water, Slaymaker, sims, Brickhouse) both in terms of menu and food quality as well as service."

"Four of us made reservations in this restaurant because three of the diners wanted the lobster dinner that had to be ordered before the time. There were many servers standing around, seemed confused with what to do and we had to explain our reservation 3...times. Once sitting, the diner, who did not pre-order lobster had a few questions about the menu and found that the Koleslaw and the vegetables contained both an article on which she was allergic. The menu indicates that you should make the server/hole aware. She asked to replace a small Caesar salad $4 on the menu) for the two items. The server had to go and ask the cook and say returned, no cook says he won't replace it... no discussion. So we decided to go all that took three servers and 10 minutes to pay for our 4 drinks. Unbelievable that this restaurant would leave a minimum of $250.00 dinner bill from the door over a $4.00 salad. With all the confusion and lack of service, I am not sure if dinner would have been worth it anyway."

"I love this Restaurant, the atmosphere is fantastic, the food is always great, lots to choose from and prepared so well, presented so beautifully. Everything tastes divine. Starting from the chowder, biscuits and home made rolls, to the salad bar, my all time favourite to the main dishes, lots to choose from and always tastes so goooood and if that’s not enough, wait till you see the desert section, so much to choose from although the white chocolate and raspberry bread pudding is my all time favourite!The staff are the Best, cheerful, smiling ready to help you with everything. They keep the drinks coming and the tea and coffee too , they really make your visit an enjoyable one, take it from me, I keep going back every chance I get! Oh yes, if you like the horse races, this is the spot for you, sit back relax, watch the races in comfort and they’ll place your bets and cash you out too!"
