"I'm a private wager of Mon. 5/2 at 2:49 with my 96 yr.old customer stopped. We ordered 2 Brezeln,1 sm. blue raspberry mud, 1 med. strawberry calda. The service was fast and Carhop was polite. But our pretzels were thin. Definitely not cooked all the way through. I called Main Street McAlester Sonic. First he said, how did you get sprinkles? You told me we were out. I said we got 2 pulps with our drinks. I have the reception. He always said it couldn't be because they told him they were from Pretzels. Then I said, is your manager there? They said they were management. Sure, if he were the manager, he would be aware of what the food they did or not. 2. The customer is always right! Rule 1 of Customer Service Public Relations. You wrote my name below? I'd get two free pretzels. After the call was finished, I thought I was just asking for a refund. Not sure if the next order of soft pulps would be thoroughly cooked? You haven't locked up on free pretzels yet. I just wanted to make sure that my 96-year-old customer complaints were taken seriously. She had raised 7 children while she worked as R.N., took care of her sick man."
