"Id never ordered from Tartine before but had always wanted to, so today was the day. The latte was smooth and hot and did not "bite". The omelette was delicious, loved the seasoning and cheese, so tasty and soft. The side order of bacon was very crispy, THICK and lots of it. The raspberry cornmeal tea cake was so MOIST and tasty! Ive never had a "cornmeal" tea cake before and I really enjoyed this. GENEROUS portions and good value. Im excited to next try one of their salads."

"The small bake shop is cute. I especially love the way their “cupcake babies”, and “icebox dessert shots” look. Very pretty, very cute. We’ve only tried the Mother’s Birthday Cake, Southern Red Velvet, Black and White, Chocolate Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Raspberry and Pumpkin. The cupcakes are $3.25, the average price of cupcakes. The ones we tried were in the cupcake babies version. You have to buy them in threes (doesn’t have to be 3 of the same). 3 for $5. My favorite one was the Raspberry Chocolate. You don’t feel so guilty when you have the cupcake babies. :oD The only thing I have to say negative about this place was that they say they have organic milk on the menu and I ordered a cup of milk for my daughters, believing it was organic, then later on, finding out they ran out of organic, but the server didn’t tell me. I didn’t appreciate that. All in all, this place is definitely worth trying. Next time, I’m trying the icebox dessert shots."

"If you like dry carrot cake with little to no cream cheese frosting loaded with nuts as crunchy as trail mix, then this place is for you. It seems this place likes to use whipped cream more than buttercream for the main outer frosting, NO THANKS! I love whipped cream, but using it as the dominant outer frosting comes off stingy and tastes bland. You're better off getting a slice of carrot cake from Susie Cakes, Whole Foods, Bristol Farms, or anywhere else. Even Ralph's is better, and for only 3 bucks a slice, you can walk away with 6 extra dollars in your pocket and a smile from having enjoyed a moist slice with a decent amount of yummy cream cheese buttercream frosting."
