"Bistro Mirepoix was excellent! I went to try their pork belly benedict and it was amazing! The prices are fair and the menu is unique. Definitely a must-visit brunch spot! I will be back to try the lobster benedict!"

"I really cannot say enough about our experience at this restaurant. We brought two, pool-tired and hangry kids with us, and the server (who must have been the owner as well was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to ensure they both had meals they would enjoy and quickly! The service was beyond excellent, never overbearing, and the food was tremendous. In fact, I would say the service turned what could have been a haggard meal into an experience the whole family enjoyed. Would definitely go back again and again!"

"Hats off to the book. I ate here for dinner and had fish and chips and again for breakfast. The fish was light and crispy which is how I like it. I was tired it was raining and I did not have to leave the hotel. Reasonable price too. I just had breakfast and they have it all on the buffet. Smoothies, meats, eggs to order or an omelet to order, breads, etc. and the hash browns were crispy and light! I usually do not eat potatoes but these were worth it!"

"This was the last stop for our group of six after a full day of touring. A few of us had been there before and wanted the rest to see it. We were planning to sit outside and it was suggested by staff we at...least under the overhang in case the clouds came in. We did and we were even offered blankets if we needed. We got settled but it was just too cold so moved indoors. They didn 't even seem to mind which was really nice. The castle feel and fancy touches like linen napkins and napkin rings, covered chairs and even a live fish in a glass as the centerpiece were really fun. All our food was very good with the cold cut tray and the amazing cheesecake getting rave reviews. I was a little disappointed they were out of honey cake but that just tells you how good it is, guess we 'll have to go back. If you eat inside on a windy day be sure to look up and see how the cloth ceiling breathes , pretty neat."

"A Guatemalan guy recommended this place to us. So we checked it out...immediately. Food is good, portions were very big (don't expect the nachos to serve just ONE person) and prices were fair. The place was busy, and noisy, but our waitress did a good...job. And the mango magaritas were very good, too"

"I'll visit this facility 2/3 times a month if I'm on Layover in St Catherines. Many locals, and to them, their Merritton!, not St Catherines! It's a sit down diner, stand Stooles, decor is Hollywood, tastefully sticky, you have Wi-Fi, and a Tv... the film plays, nonstop. I'm trying to sit where there's no TV or sound. Space is always clean. I've never seen it busy, always have a choice where to sit. Small restaurant, small parking, not largest location on the street.... I always park over the street in Plaza. Great menu, reasonable prices and always a generous part on the plate. Waitresses are competent and friendly, always check in. Only what I don't want to order is drunk fish always dark, burned. The staff is young, efficient, but always a kind of drama among them. I mature the meaningless chatter, unimportant for me, the customer, but apparently life and death for them. Small building, conversations travel..... For breakfast, lunch and early dinner, still be disappointed. If I'm ever in Merritton with my kids, I'm sure I'll bring them here."
