"This is with out a doubt a restaurant with the most unbelievably incompetent staff imaginable. I arrived at 8pm to have dinner and drinks with friends, only to discover that a) the kitchen had been shut down at 8.30 - ON A FRIDAY NIGHT - because the owner/manager whoever had asked our table before I came if they were done eating. That's bullshit. IT'S YOUR RESTAURANT. YOU ADVERTISE THAT YOU CLOSE AT 10.30PM ON GOOGLE, AND 12AM ON ZOMATO. YOUR OWN MENU ADVERTISES PIZZA AND TAPAS 'TIL LATE'. 8.30PM ON A FRIDAY IS NOT LATE. KEEP YOUR DAMN KITCHEN OPEN WHILE YOU STILL HAVE CUSTOMERS, LIKE A REGULAR EFFING RESTAURANT.Then, the waitress called for last drinks - AT 9PM!! - and took out the till around 15 minutes later. There were still TWO WHOLE TABLES filled with customers, willing to sit and keep drinking. How lazy and stupid can you be? The wait staff just sat around and yakked when they could have been working. Hell, if you people had been capable of doing the bare minimum asked of you, I would have gladly handed over cash for a pizza (approx. $15), and from 8-10 downed 3 beers (approx. $9 x 3 = $27). That's $42 you missed out on because you're just utterly unprofessional. I am never coming back, and frankly if your restaurant shuts down because of your poor management I will feel zero sympathy."

"I have been meaning to put this review now for awhile and just had not had the time to bother to do it. But it affected me so much and I had to tell the story of my foodie experience at this restaurant. So I went to this place a couple of years ago to celebrate my graduation. I know it has been two years but till today I still have not gotten over this place. I had the lobster ravioli. After a couple of hours when I got home I immediately fell sick and had the worse diarrhoea I have had in my life. I actually fainted and took me many hours to feel slightly better. I could not believe how bad the reaction was. I was so sick. After paying about $250 for our meal, I was not only sick in my stomach but out of pocket one of the most expensive meals I have had at that time. I have not been back to that restaurant and will not be going back. It was awful."

"Not happy with the service, we had a machine robot coming to us even if they are not busy. we were the only customers in business. had terrible service. the food was bland and the best piece were the chips and the drinks. my crumb. broscola was tasteless, without taste. I didn't feel comfortable eating it when I felt I was getting sick. I hope that they will be proudly better with Italian instead of just taking care of the business and only money. my friends also had a bone. consider how high the prices we are expected to be a little better."

"Lunchtime Favourite. I've been a regular lunchtime customer for years now. Great service and food. Ideal for city workers who like sit down and eat without waiting too long. The menu covers light snacks to more serious pasta and main meals. I recommend the soup! All with an Italian flavour and flare. And on top of all that it has very reasonable prices!. My only criticism is I can never think of it its name! You just need to remember it's on Gays Arcade and you will find it!"

"OMG! Recommended by a friend, he said “authentic and genuine’ bang on the money. Tonight’s special duck parpadelle and a glass of First Drop Matador Grenache, a match made in heaven. Great staff, quick service, tight but good wine by the glass list, sitting outside in the piazza, well done Borsa!"

"My partner & I went here on Saturday night 7:45, we didn't have a booking & the Maître de said they were fully booked. Unfortunately our original restaurant had double booked us on Dimmi & The Propaganda Club were so lovely that they fit us in.The Manhattan dining room is opulent & art deco styled, the chandeliers added to the atmosphere. The booths are intimate & they also cater for large tabled groups.The food is amazing & I liked that there were only a few items on the seasonal menu, so you know they can source the best food. The wine list is extensive & the cocktails are also impressive.I loved this place & would recommend it to anyone looking for a great restaurant in Adelaide. The waiters were the best I have had anywhere & they were grateful for the tip we left. I don't live in Adelaide but when I come back to visit I will be booking this place ahead of time.It is also good if you just want to be in the SoHo bar & not go to the dining room."

"Couldn't have been happier with the food or the service. The waiters were all delightful and delivered excellent, old fashioned class to their service. Meals were excellent and portion sizes were great. Only problem was no room left for dessert! A good wine menu of Old and New world vintages as well."

"We had a truly wonderful experience at Level One. First of all, service was amazing! All the staffs were warm, welcoming and friendly. Special mention to our primary host, Katie, who was absolutely delightful from start to finish. She was sweet yet professional and very knowledgeable with the food menu as well as drink recommendations. <br>

We sampled quite a variety of the dishes and they were mostly very delicious, mind you with quite the price tag. <br>

The pork ribs were definitely the stand-out dish, they were slow cooked to fall apart beautifully with a rich smokey BBQ sauce that was packed with flavours and then charred to perfection. <br>

The scallops had an impressive flavour combination, very small portion but they were so tasty. <br>

Sirloin was decent, the miso yoghurt sauce pairing was a tad odd, the acidity of the yoghurt didn’t quite go with the richness of the steak. The cut had quite a bit of fat on but there’s no need to shy away from it as we found it...
