"Padre pizzeria was a friendly, fast and fantastically tasting! Our server was warm, helpful and quick in serving. The salad was fulfilling and small was more than enough. There is gluten free pizza options and the calzones were very well made. I can't wait to bring bring my beach appetite when I come again."

"Terrible food, absolutely no pride from the cook. Pizza is the most basic process, and it was the worst I've ever seen or had. They put WAY too much sauce, and cheese was not even placed on the whole pizza, just the center. Also ordered shells, and they were dry and overcooked. Maybe they have to set a better cook, but the problems were not isolated to just eat. We waited 38 minutes after we sat to get a server and ask for our beverage order. Immediately after that, the manager (at least she seemed) also asked about our beverage order, as she noticed that we have upset. I have mentioned that this is unacceptable, and she has just apologized and said that it is better to come during our lunchtime and also mention that it is always crazy about dinner time. It was 5:12 when we arrived, so a little early for dinner."

"I went two years ago and I remember the food wasn't bad. Pretty good for American Italian food. What I really didn't understand was I ordered eggplant parmesan and it was pretty expensive but instead of getting all eggplant they assumed for some reason I would be okay with a random giant piece of chicken on the same plate. Not very cool when you're vegetarian and being forced to pay a pretty penny for food you can't even eat. Just seemed wasteful to me. The wait staff was pretty busy so I couldn't get rid of it and by the time I was finally able to leave I gave up. Maybe they don't have confidence in their eggplant or they think they're hooking you up but for me it wasn't the case."

"We went for dinner last night and to our surprise our server was an old friend per say in that we frequented the previous restaurant he worked at a few times. Let me just say, Mario remembered us all when we walked in the door. Treated us like family and he catered to all the littles at the table and referred to the adults with such hospitality throughout the whole meal. Our food was delicious and everyone loved their choices. We'd have ordered dessert if not for the fact we were all full. THAT is the kind of service that brings back customers. Mind you that's just the way he is and serves all his customers. Which is one reason we went to the previous restaurant before. Now we will be visiting him at his new restaurant."

"This was a fun find. Great food with large portions! My wife got a half portion and still had to get a box. I really appreciated their garlic bread and wished I had room for more. The parking lot was packed so we were worried about the wait time, but we were sat immediately and the food arrived quick. We'll definitely come back the next time we're in the area."
