"Service was very slow, overpriced for the quality, lacked an impossible amount of flavour for the number of vegetables on the plate, overcooked and dry chicken anyone can cook better at home for a fraction of the price. The best part of the meal was the beer and even that was still expensive. Out of the four of my group only one was happy with their food. Extra sources and seasonings were needed for the table."

"Very good menu options for all tastes, including a good range of wine. Friendly staff and superb view from the city if you sit in terrace. If you go driving, you should park the car at Alpes Parking and walk for 2 minutes."

"When they go to le beausite, they are thrilled by architecture and ambiente. the staff that welcomed us was friendly and welcoming. every care is done so that she counts her experience. then it comes to eat. chef chouette is a culinary gem. His...Ravioli aux champignons melt in the mouth and tease the back. the portions are generous, the workers suggested wein with each cure like an expert sommelier. the cost corresponded exactly to what should be expected for such a satisfying experience!"

"My husband and I had our date night in this restaurant and we couldn't help but notice how passionate Mr. Antonio is with his culinary works. And sure enough the food from Apero wine, succulent seafood pasta the Dessert Tiramisu Pistacho Ice cream bang on really! In short it is truly a gastronomic experience to dine here. This restaurant is a Gem and if you are around the Fribourg area it definitely is worth the visit. Again thanks Mr. Antonio, Ms Ahlem the culinary team for making our date night extra memorable.
