"We stayed at lunch at the end of August to celebrate my father-in-law's birthday. Everything really exceptional and we immediately notice that the vast majority of the dishes offered (from the appetizer to the bitter is of own production. Personally speaking my favorite dish was cheese... I don't know how I forgot to buy it when I left and the explanation I gave myself is that I was extremely full. Even dessert deserves a special mention... finally something different than the other farms, a ciambellone alla menta accompanied with their beelato (gelato al lattessimo!!! . We are inside a didactic farm and dairy and the dining room fully reflects the environment in which we are located... genuineness, professionalism and care of the products. Without forgetting that the price is in line with many farms in Sardinia but with a higher quality and quantity of the culinary offer. However make sure of the address because the farm is along the road that from ss 131 (exit to Collinas Ales leads to Gonnostramatza."
