"We went for the Sunday brunch buffet it was excellent. The gondola ride up and back really set the tone and gave us time to appreciate our incredible surroundings. We went to the restaurant and felt hashtag blessed lol. The brunch spread was chic lobster ravioli, eggs Benedict built right in front of you (the ham was perfect and hand carved, also), chocolate covered strawberries with hard to find actual chocolate (not the wax most places placed on strawberries). And you can also go around the area for incredible pictures. It was blessed about 10 degrees cooler in the restaurant when it was on the ground so that was a welcome change in August. Only strange things are not bathrooms. I guess this helps bring people away from the buffet, Lol. But don't do what we did by exploring nature before you eat, because if you want to wash your hands you can't!"

"We had an excellent experience. the service staff is a well-oiled machine that takes care of the business. the food was pleasant. I used the website to find out which foods to avoid, and it seems that the cook adheres to the recipes. so everything in order, proper food, drinks, service and experience. kudos to the personal especially. if they have read so far why 4 stars, not 5? the waiting area had humble boxes sitting on the couch that could fall on someone and hurt them. they have also taken up unnecessarily valuable seats. I think this is a management problem."

"We had a reservation for 11 am on a Saturday to celebrate Mother’s Day. I was not greeted by the hostesses and they just opened. They looked confused and I think they didn’t know what they were doing on some computer used for seating. That was the only negative part. After we were seated we enjoyed a great meal with awesome service. Miles was our server. The menu was not updated and I asked for another option. He suggested the lasagna, it was great! The lasagna was $18, I took 1/2 home. I wish they would allow the lunch, half portion menu all weekend. We ended our meal with tiramisu and the hot cake! I gave 4 stars because of the front staff and menu options."

"I have been a regular at this place for a very long time and enjoy the food here. Today I watched the kitchen employee making my pizza take their phone out of their pocket use it, proceed to touch vegetables, pull their phone back out of their phone continue to use it, and finally take my pizza out of the oven, cut it, and it was brought to me. In the entire time the employee didn?t even attempt to wash their hands, of course I kindly and quietly let the manager know, but instead of addressing this right away, he decided to go back to what he was doing. We are in a time where food handlers need to be as sanitary as possible. I?m disappointed that this well known establishment is not making sanitation and priority when you have an open kitchen."

"First rate. What a joy to have a professional waiter. Excellent service. The food was great too. The recommended wine was wonderful.Not pretentious at all. The (silent B&W movies on screens and the 50-60's crooners (Dean Martin, Nat King Cole, etc. give it all a funky, casual vibe but the service and food would do the stuffiest of places justice. I was very, very pleased.Parking is a little wonky but I suspect that is because of the new City Hall construction site across the street. Remember that location because Google Maps might try to send you to Madison. (They're trying to fix the problem. It's right downtown on Gates Ave., one block SW of the courthouse square.If you like wine and Italian food, you'll love it."
