"Listing from Perth and want to try some Italian food. Booked La Cantina which was open on a Sunday. Restaurant was busy due to the footy and the near by stadium just finishing.Food was tasty and well presented (big serves) and staff did a good job."

"Was looking forward to some great pasta, the menu didn't offer to many tomato based pasta dishes, most was creamy sauces. No margharita pizza on the menu either. We finally decided on a "Napoltana" and a sphagetti marinara. The dishes came out too quick which worried us straight away. The pizza looked like the base came from a super market, the way it looked and tasted. The spaghetti had all the seafood, squid, fish and a few good sized prawns. but then found little peeled prawns like you buy them peeled from the freezer section at coles...... Overall a disappointing meal. Will not go back or recommend."

"It was our first night in Launceston - decided to try out this place. Parking was at one of the side streets. The pasta was delicious. Freshly made. Not much seating indoors. Maybe 4 tables. Lots of people came in to takeaway. Service was friendly and fast. We also tried their desserts which was okay. Still preferred their pastas for sure. Lasange was very very good."

"Food was just nice. Nothing too exciting. We were sold out of some of the entrees by our wait staff and then felt disappointed when our serves were very small. We ordered drinks to pair with our mains but unfortunately they came to our table 25 minutes after we had finished. Maybe they were understaffed. I would come back but not for a while."

"This has to be one of Launcestons most under-rated restaurants, normally you would say the better the view the worse the food but that is definitely not true in the case of Restaurant Thirteen, the food is truly fabulous and in three visits we have never been disappointed, rather have been amazed that people aren't raving about this place. I had the Ocean Trout which was fantastic but my wife had the 16 hour pork belly and Man! That was a revelation, absolutely fantastic! We will be going back next month and this time I'll be having the pork."

"Menu changes seasonal and has a lot of great vegan items marked clearly. the menu was funky when we were there, but we were in the mood for mushrooms and everything was delicious. there are a lot of great options to choose and their cocktails were also beautiful. the staff was extremely helpful. that was all we expected for the price, and the proportions were actually quite large. I would highly recommend checking this place for a special evening."
