"Richmond on thames was guessed with a new restaurant. in a beautiful location at the river. I had calamari rings to begin that were beautiful. the main thing was the best thing of my opinion to pork from a local market. on the special menu there is a selection of meat and fish in this format. as dessert I had huge marshmallows covered with chocolate sauce the wine was here also really nice the restaurant in the inner was rustic but beautiful. a great place for everyone."

"Loved last night food and friendly service. The selection is a great mix for all references. I had a seafood chef platter which was delicious and my husband lamb stew. I don't eat gluten so finding such a local gem is fantastic. They had a wide menu including Asian Italian and European dishes so good for everyone and still warm hearty options for husband's preference. Very simple friendly setting for a spontenuous night or lunch. Definitely coming back for more. Oh and the gluten-free draft beer is delicious too"

"EXCELLENT FOOD! Standard drinks options at normal London prices, but the food was fantastic! We had Sunday roast for three and it was delicious and there was more than enough food. Our vegetarians had some good options: the veggie fish and chips was fantastic. They do offer a full vegetarian roast dinner but you have to book it 48hrs in advance and we only booked the day before."

"Four of us sampled the food at Salt Flakes last night and the whole experience was excellent. Starters of scallops and a wonderful crayfish soup, and lobster pasta, oxtail, lamb shanks and cod for main courses. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The waiting staff were really friendly and helpful. Having known this restaurant for over 20 years we were impressed with the complete makeover. Every bit of it well thought out and done to a high standard, especially the toilets! We would thoroughly recommend this updated restaurant but take your sunglasses as the lighting is a bit bright!"

"We visit regularly after work. This is a nice addition to the plethora of restaurants in Richmond:. The owners George and Debora, have that nice people-friendly aura about them. Service was quick and efficient, Food was well explained,. Love their pasta. Always learn a new thing each time we visit – I recently learnt that Casarecce , this lightly twisted, scroll-shaped pasta with narrow grooves down the middle, is great for absorbing sauces . The prices are on the slightly high side but hey, they’ve got rent to pay!, .. and the food is excellent, so we reward good food. Always a great positive experience when we visit. Lovely restaurant and we will definitely visit again!"

"We've visited La Luna di Luca twice now and had great meals and good service. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and they keep the music quiet, so it's perfect for having a chat over dinner. It's always nice to be able to look into the kitchens and the waiting time has been fine (about 12 minutes for a course to arrive). We've been worried by the number of negative reviews and we've noted that people say they've had terrible service or that it's hit and miss. We've been on Wednesday and Thursday nights and so far it's been great. Just hoping that the owners have sorted out the service issues so that we can continue to enjoy this restaurant."
