"Gewoon doen dit restaurant. Omdat ze er gewoon doen. Beter gezegd: het gewoon goed doen. We gingen lunchen en namen de drie gangen van die dag. Paté, ravioli met zalm, tiramisu met aardbeien. Pichet rosé, koffie. Bij aanvang gelijk een fles gekoeld water op tafel. Broodmandje ongevraagd bij gevuld. Alle drie de gerechten lekker. En dan € 35 mogen afrekenen. Vriendelijke bediening. Tafeltje op het terras onder de moerbeibomen. Wanneer gaan we weer?"
