"I have been coming for 5 years for days on the beach with lunch and have so enjoyed my time except for this year. Unfortunately it is not what it used to be. Without Stefan and Frank everything would fall apart. There are lots of staff standing around not doing very much but only one barman who seemingly does every single drink although if you need something between 3 and 6 the bar is unoccupied. It is such a shame as my partner and I loved afternoons drinking cocktails at the bar but it is not possible anymore. The food is still delicious but the service just isn't as attentive and after a certain hour all the staff disappear and you are left to fend for yourselves. This year's team are enthusiastic but are very clearly inexperienced. Previously the team were slick, efficient, and caring, however that high level of professionalism has sadly gone. Hopefully better days are to come for La Voile, but we possibly will not return."
