"We went to Samugheo for the Tessingiu exhibition and decided in the morning to go to the farm. Family atmosphere and decidedly welcoming, we were followed and pampered by Alberto who took care of preparing a great lunch. Antipasto composed of pecorino cheese, casizzolu and pears with a tasty composed of mandarins, mixed sliced (the exquisite lard), artichokes under homemade oil. For first ricotta ravioli and herbs seasoned with meat sauce (maiale) delicious, as the second pig to the very excellent hunter. All very well packed, tasty and with excellent local products. Honest price. I add that the lunch was followed by pleasant talk about “cose sarde”. Ten and praise and definitely recommended. PS also have rooms if you want to stay to visit the beautiful territory."
