"Bad service from Massas Geni. Very bad. I will never buy from this place again! This is the 2nd time I 've been treated poorly. Today, 08/13/23 at 11:13 am I asked them to deliver me a Roasted Rib and the attendant at Massas Geni said that the motoboy would take it. At 12:15 pm I called there because it still hadn 't arrived. Another person answered and soon got rid of the problem saying that it was not she who answered me. Geni Pasta 's goal is not to solve but to dodge. This unprepared company does not care about the customer, in the case of a former customer because I don 't buy anything there anymore. I called again around 12:30h and the attendant, after making lame excuses, hung up on me because I thought the delay was bad. Shortly after I contacted them again and they said it was the next order to be delivered and that I had to understand that it 's Father 's Day. That is, the buyer has to understand that the seller takes time to deliver. But at the time of closing the order, no one said anything about it. It finally arrived,.... at 1pm!!!! It 's totally COLD. These people have the courage to deliver an order almost 2 hours later and cold. This is ridiculous. Anti professionals. Unprepared to serve the public. I live close to the store. But this company does not have the sensitivity to verify that the customer lives nearby, it could even deliver on foot, which was the case. Or simply notify the customer (buyer) that the delivery will be delayed due to rain or Father 's Day. It was just a warning. I wouldn 't order it and go pick it up myself. But no, right. Asking Massas Geni for sensitivity seems to be asking too much of these people. GENI PASTA, NEVER AGAIN !!!!."
