"Management at this location must lead from the front. The blatant pick up of the phone will test the wrong people patience one day. This is not a good business practice with today's technology, a polite speech message that the hours of operation, or we are busy making fresh pizza with a limited staff, plz place an online order and we look forward to seeing you soon. It's not rocket science. It's called customer service. The last pizza I got looked like it was thrown into the box, beacused that the topping had slipped on one side. Quality Products Service continues!"

"Great service. Great food. Food coma. It's been a bit of Time since we have been to this great old Sparks establishment. It used to be a place we would come on the regular, but kid's grew up, and things change. But we were out and about today and figured we needed to come back and enjoy a great Italian dinner good wine lots of pasta great seafood good atmosphere and definitely has that old sparks feel. We love it. A great reminder that this place needs to be back in our regular rotation. And you can't go wrong with some live entertainment."

"Very bad experience, we had a lunch reservation for 11am. So we were the 3rd table seated, it wasnt busy. We ordered Soup, Calamari, fries, and a crab feast platter(steamed). 20 minutes later our fries and calamari came out. The waitress then told us they are not serving the soup they already let us ordered, so we dropped it off our order. Fries were not great, the calamari was good. Our platter came out after an hour, noon, our fries and calamari were long finished. Our platter of crab was completely cold, it was not streamed. So we sent it back to be properly streamed. At 1215 we are served the crab pictured below. It was completely over cooked and chewy. This was the worst crab we have ever had. The service was very poor also the waitress seemed to be short with us every time she came by. Very sad experience, I wish it would of been good. I will never go back to eat here."
