"The wife and I wanted to go to Echo Canyon and spend some time at the pool. This is our 3rd time staying here. I have never eaten anything I did not like. The steaks are amazing and tender. The duck and halibut are for my first choice of food but now I find myself eating those first. This time we had the seafood and streak it was so good. I can't remember what it is called but the ravioli with fresh crab meat was awesome. The breakfast is like no other, the Banana pancakes are to die for. Very romantic dinner. I can't wait to go back."
