"Most foods in Austria are heavy relatiw. it wasn't here. I had a nice salat with backhendl (one of my favorite ways to eat). it was delicious. the atmosphere is good. a real Austrian stubborn. very friendly staff."

"Grandioso! If you are in Vienna and close to the Museumsquarter, looking for an Italian restaurant, where every dish is cooked fresh and served with really good ingredients and with passionate love to italian products, you will be getting this @ Anna & Paolo. If you want a quick already cooked Pasta or Pizza just to get full, go somewhere else. ;O)We have been enjoying all course dinner in that heartwarming italian family style trattoria with an assorted choice of affordable really good wines and I would come back anytime. Besides great fresh fish and meat of the day, you will have to try the Chef´s Pasta and the Truffel-Ravioli. Heavenly and Al Dente!!! We will definitely go back..."

"Mir wurde Rudis Beisl von verschiedenen Leuten empfohlen,deshalb besuchte ich vorigen Sommer das Lokal.Die Kellnerin war sehr genervt,der Chef schrie etwas aus der Küche,er kam auch kurz raus,hat nur böse geschaut,nicht gegrüßt einfach unmöglich. Ich hatte einfach das Gefühl,hier nicht willkommen zu sein,deshalb hab ich das Lokal wieder verlassen und weis bis Heute nicht wie das Essen dort schmeckt,ich werde es auch nie erfahren,denn so muss man sich als zahlende Kundschaft nicht behandeln lassen.Wie heißt es so schön,Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall."

"We visited this little restaurant just after Xmas. I cannot recommend it more highly. The pasta was delicious, the house wine even nicer. It is a small place perhaps about 7/8 tables at most. The food is cooked to order, We had minestrone soup followed...by Ravioli con fungi then a lemon torte for dessert. Remember to take money to pay. Cannot wait to go back to Vienna for a second helping."

"I picked this restaurant based on TA reviews and its proximity to our hotel. We arrived around 6 pm to find the restaurant pleasantly busy but not completely full. This was our first dinner in Vienna so I wanted to try the schnitzel. Our second...meal was the cordon blue in an Italian style, stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella. These dishes are served without other items so we selected potato salad and mixed salad as side dishes. The potato salad was sort of a German style served tepid. We ordered two wines by the glass that were pleasant. We enjoyed the meal."
