"The ambience was wonderful! Yellow and blue Middle Eastern paintings on brick. Lighting just perfect. Great food, as expected from Dar Salaam. Highly recommend the dolmas! There are items on the downtown location menu (this location) I hadn't seen at other locations, like a special fish, and a really great garbanzo bean soup. I liked the soup so well, as comfort food, I'll most likely stop in there from time to time, just for soup. Also how great to eat traditional tabouli, except that it was gluten free (made with millet instead of wheat). This restaurant understand GF and it wonderful!"
